Commemorative Medal of The Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia for developing and strengthening the Armenian-Jewish relations.

Projects:

Initiated, Co-Funded and Managed project to erect The Monument to the Holocaust and the Armenian Genocide in Circular Park in Downtown Yerevan in 2006;

Initiated and Managed project of opening of “Friendship Alley” dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the State of Israel. The Alley opened in the Haghtanak (Victory) Park, the largest park situated on the Freedom Avenue in Yerevan, the Capital of Armenia;

Managed project of renovation of the Medieval Jewish Cemetery in Eghegis, Vayots Dzor Region, Armenia;

Membership:

General Council of Euro-Asian Jewish Congress (EAJC);

Member of Continental section World Congress of Russian Jewry;

Public Council at the President of the Republic of Armenia;

Co-ordination council of National Minorities of the Republic of Armenia under the Advisor to the President of the Republic of Armenia;

Council at the Human Rights Defender (Ombudsmen) of The Republic of Armenia.
