LLB (Hons) from University College, London (First Class Honors in Jurisprudence).

Profession:

Solicitor, founder of own law firm in the West End of London in 1981, specializing in International Corporate and Banking Law, representing many Israel corporate and public clients, Government Institutions; Adviser State of Israel Bonds; officer of numerous International Institutions and Trust Companies based in Geneva; founder of IUSFUL, a group of law firms in Central Europe. Member of Boards of various listed companies in Israel, USA and London; conducted restitution claims in former East Germany for confiscated Jewish assets.

In 1970s worked for 3 years in private bank in Geneva and Luxembourg.

Public activity:

Governor, Hebrew University; Member of the board of Orion Foundation and others; Trustee and Adviser to numerous Charities raising funds for Israeli Institutions, including Ezra le Marpeh, IDC etc. Company Secretary JNF/KKL.

Previous:

Founder and the First National Chairman, Universities  Committee for Soviet Jewry; organized the first public activities in England, on behalf of Soviet Jewry, National Chairman, Inter-University Jewish Federation; Political Officer World Union of Jewish Students; member of Israeli delegation to World Youth Assembly, United Nations, 25-th Anniversary.
