Galina Levina was born Minsk. Graduated from Belarusian Polytechnic University at 1985.
Among the buildings G. Levina designed are the new synagogue in Minsk, reconstruction and research of monuments of architecture in Jewish shtetles such as Voloshin Yeshiva, Mir synagogues court, the project of Chagall cultural center in Vitebsk, former Jewish houses in Minskand etc. She is architects of many Holocaust memorials in Belarus.
The author of poetry books, “Tel-Aviv. The third floor”, “ Jews from Belarus in Israel” (Belorussian Encyclopedia by P.Brovki), author of articles about Jewish artist and architects, about the architecture of Holocaust memory.
