All-Ukrainian Jewish Congress and EAJC join forces

The All-Ukrainian Jewish Congress and the EAJC have joined forces to support the Jewish life of Ukraine in this difficult time for the country and the whole world. Tens of thousands of dollars were transferred to the accounts of Ukrainian Jewish communities and organizations to maintain their current activities and timely solve the problems and challenges facing them. Considerable funding aimed at celebrating Jewish holidays in the complicated conditions of the COVID-19 emergency.

“The efforts of the Jewish communities and organizations of Ukraine aimed at mutual assistance, supporting the weak, preserving the Jewish tradition – are more important than ever. The Jewish community of Ukraine is an integral and equal part of Ukrainian society. We are united in our commitment to overcome the crisis associated with the spread of the pandemic,”

said Chair of the European Jewish Parliament (EJP), EAJC First Vice President and Founder and President of the All-Ukrainian Jewish Congress, Vadim Rabinovich.

In 2011, Vadim Rabinovich became the laureate of the highest award of the Jerusalem Conference international organization. He also awarded the highest Ukrainian award – the Order of Merit of the II-nd and III-rd grades.
