2001: graduation from School of Jewish Informal Education for Madrichim, Jewish Agency, Beit Agnon (D-r Zicer);

2001-2006: Madrich in Jewish Agency camps and at seminars, Beit Agnon;

Since 2002: Director of the project “Journalism” in Jewish Agency Youth Department; Chief Editor of the only Jewish Youth Magazine in Russia “Eser” (children write for children). The project “Eser” included weekly 3-hours long classes, 2 seminars during the year, and monthly publishing;

2004-2005: Administrator of Jewish Agency Youth site internet-site;

2004-2005: Trainer in School of Jewish Education (madrichim preparation for summer and winter camps;

2006:creator and one of the two organizers of the volunteer project ONISRAELSIDE, the main site of Israel advocacy for Russian-speakers during the Lebanon war. In September 2006 organized the charity party collecting money for reconstructing a kindergarten in Shlomi hit by the Hizbolah-rocket. Many popular artists participated for free. Among the guests was the Ambassador for Israel in Russia. $14 thousand were collected. Got a great media-coverage both in Russia and in Israel;

2007-2008: participant of the MASA Career Israel program (Tel Aviv, internship);

Was in charge of the advertising-campaign of the Jewish agency camps;
