Avigdor Moshe Nosikov

Was born on 13.05.1986 at St. Petersburg, Russia. 

1991-2001: Graduated from the School "Mae Boyer" in Jerusalem.

2001-2004: He graduated from Yeshiva “Kochav mi Yaakov – Ha Gaon mi Tshebyn” in Jerusalem.

2005-2010: The founder and rabbi of Russian-speaking Jewish community of Arad, Israel.

2006: Successfully passed the certification of Rabbi.

2006 – 2010: Talmud instructor at Yeshiva for  Gerrer Hasidim "Lev Simcha" in Arad, Israel.

2008 – 2010: Volunteer at the emergency medical service in Israel. EMT-Basic and then Paramedic.

2010 - now: Chief rabbi of Voronezh and the region, Russia.

2011 – now: Member of the Interfaith Council of the Voronezh regional parliament.
