Elias Borbolis

Born in Athens, Greece in 1940.

Married – Two children – Five grand children.

Profession: Rural Engineer – Topographer (Graduate of the National Metsovion Polytechnion of Greece).

Worked as an engineer in various technical companies and as a free lancer.

In pension since 2006.

Active in the Athens Jewish Community life since youth.

Vice President of the Jewish Youth of Athens, Member of the Board of the Jewish Community of Athens for 6 years, Member of the Central Board of Jewish Communities of Greece (KIS) Board for 6 years, Member of various Committees of the Jewish Community of Athens and KIS and at present Vice President of OPAIE (Organization for the Relief and Rehabilitation of the Jews of Greece).
